When are you launching?
We're in pre-launch right now, finishing iOS and onboarding our first cohort of San Diego couples. Join the waitlist and you'll get a priority invite the day we open in your city. Android follows iOS by a few weeks.
How does the waitlist work?
Drop your email, your city, and which platform you're on. We'll email you a few times before launch with what we're building, then send a priority invite the day we open in your area. No spam, easy unsubscribe.
Can I get early access?
Maybe. We're inviting a small cohort of San Diego couples in before public launch to stress-test the matching mechanic. If you're a couple in San Diego and want in early, reply to your waitlist confirmation email and tell us a bit about yourselves.
Is my data on the waitlist secure?
Yes. We only collect your email, city, platform preference, and how you heard about us — nothing else. We use a reputable email service provider and never sell or share your data. You can unsubscribe at any time and we'll delete your record on request.
I'm a journalist or creator — who do I contact?

How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This removes your couple profile, matches, messages, and verification data within 30 days. You can also email hello@twogether.me and we'll handle it within 24 hours.
How do I report a couple?
On any profile, tap the three-dot menu → Report. Pick a reason (fake profile, inappropriate photos, solo account, harassment, other). We review every report within 24 hours.
How do I pause or hide my profile?
Profile → Settings → Hide Profile. You stop appearing in other couples' Discover feed, but you keep your existing matches and chats. Flip it back whenever you're ready.
How do I cancel Twogether+?
Twogether+ is an Apple subscription — you cancel in iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Twogether+. We can't cancel it on our end because Apple holds the billing relationship.
My verification is stuck.
Verification takes up to 24 hours. If it's been longer, email hello@twogether.me with the email address on your account and we'll look it up.
I got unmatched and I don't know why.
Either the other couple unmatched, deleted their account, or was removed for a policy violation. We don't share the reason for privacy. If you think it was a mistake on our end, email us.
My partner and I want to use separate accounts.
Twogether is designed for couples to share one account — that's the whole platform. If both of you want independent profiles, Twogether isn't the app for you.
Is Twogether on Android?
Android follows iOS by a few weeks at launch. Join the waitlist on the home page and you'll get a priority invite when your city opens.
Safety concerns
Once the app is live, you can report any couple in-app (three-dot menu → Report). For anything urgent before or after launch, email us directly at safety@twogether.me. We review every report within 24 hours.
In an emergency, contact local authorities first.
